Services:
Therafusion Massage, LLC provides professional massage therapy services. Our services may include various massage techniques, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and others. The specific services provided will be agreed upon between the client and the therapist.
Client Responsibilities:
a. Health and Medical Conditions: It is the responsibility of the client to inform the therapist of any health conditions, injuries, or medical concerns that may affect the massage session. This includes allergies, recent surgeries, pregnancy, and any other relevant information. Therafusion Massage, LLC reserves the right to refuse or modify services based on the client's health condition.
b. Communication: The client should communicate their preferences, expectations, and any discomfort or pain during the massage session. Open communication helps the therapist provide the best possible service.
c. Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the session. Therafusion Massage, LLC is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Appointment Booking and Cancellations:
a. Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. The availability of appointments is subject to therapist availability.
b. Cancellations: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. A $50 charge will apply for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
c. No-Show/No-Notice: A "no show" occurs when a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or cancels the appointment outside of the designated notice period.
i. Fee Imposition: In the event of a no show, Therafusion Massage, LLC reserves the right to charge a no show fee. This fee compensates for the time and resources allocated to the missed appointment.
ii. Amount: The specific amount of the no show fee will be determined by the service scheduled. The no show fee is the full amount of the service booked withTherafusion Massage, LLC.
Payment and Fees:
a. Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
b. Fee Schedule: Therafusion Massage, LLC reserves the right to determine and modify the fees for its services. The current fee schedule will be communicated to the client at the time of booking.
c. Gratuity: Tipping is appreciated but not required. The amount of gratuity is at the discretion of the client.

Therafusion Massage, LLC respects the privacy and confidentiality of its clients. All client information, including personal and health details, will be kept confidential, unless required by law.
Code of Conduct:
Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during their visit. Therafusion Massage, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate or offensive behavior.
Liability:
